ABOUT US
Monika Sims brings Masa, Tortillas and Tacos to Vienna!
Our tortillas are homemade from organic Austrian corn. We create masa (Spanish for dough) using a traditional process called Nixtamalization, which improves nutrition and flavor of the corn.
We cook with organic and regional ingredients as much as possible. We have taken on the challenge to adjust traditional Mexican recipes with local ingredients and with as few allergens as possible. We are therefore gluten-free as well. We believe in sourcing and preparing our food in the most environmentally healthy way as possible.
We also offer take-away.
We only take reservations for groups of more than 8 people. In any case, we will always find a way for you to enjoy your Tacos!
